NAW Farizan sudahpun menjadi Noor Arfa Warrior sejak Januari 2020 dan sehingga kini sudah masuk 8 bulan bersama empayar Noor Arfa. Beliau bermula dengan menjadi dropship, seterusnya agent dan sekarang, stokis atau Noor Arfa Partner. Ya, hebat! Beliau bercerita yang beliau mula bisnes kerana minat dan target suatu hari nanti, dia tak perlu bekerja dengan orang (bisnes sendiri) dan menjadi businesswoman. NAW Farizan juga berkongsi beliau ingin berbisnes kerana ingin membawa ibunya ke Tanah Suci kerana sebelum ini ibunya menolak peluang untuk menjaga Farizan yang sakit, beliau lumpuh ketika itu. Tambahan, kekangan kewangan kerana perbelanjaan perubatan untuk adiknya menghidap kanser.
NAW Farizan has been Noor Arfa Warrior since January 2020 and until now turns out to be the 8th months of her with Noor Arfa empire. She started being dropship, then agent and now stockist or Noor Arfa Partner. Yes, awe! She narrated that she started business because of her passion and her target that one day she doesn’t need to work with people (own business) and become a businesswoman. NAW Farizan also shared that she wants to involve in business because she wants to send her mother to Holy Land because before her mother had to turned down the offer to be by Farizan’s side when she was sick, she was paralyzed at the time. Additional, negative cash flows because of the medical costs for her brother that has cancer.
Banyak yang berbeza selepas menjadi NAW, beliau berkongsi awalnya malu untuk niaga, tetap beliau aturkan strategi yang berbeza-beza, try and error untuk personal branding kerana orang akan cari kalau personal branding kita kuat. Selain itu, NAW Farizan katakan yang menjadi Batik Warrior menukar permikirannya daripada negatif ke positif dengan bantuan pasukannya dan juga Team Leader berserta aura positif Sir Hafiz dan Tcer Isma. Cabaran buat beliau adalah mengawal emosi kerana emosi sangatlah mempengaruhi prestasi bisnes jadi, Farizan beritahu kita perlu berada bersama orang positif untuk dapatkan balik semangat.
A lot has changed becoming NAW, she shared at first, she was reluctant to sell, still she aimw for different strategies, try and error for her personal branding for people would look upon us if our personal branding is strong. Hence, NAW Farizan said that Batik Warrior changed her mindset from negative to positive with the help of her teams and Team Leader as well as Sir Hafiz and Tcer Isma’s positive aura. Her challenges is controlling her emotions because emotion could really empowers our business’s progression so, Farizan told us to mingle with positive circle of friends to get the energy back.
Apa yang mendorong NAW Farizan untuk berbisnes dengan bersungguh-sungguh? Beliau bercerita yang orang anggap beliau tiada masa depan kerana penyakit lumpuhnya, doktor juga kata beliau mungkin lumpuh seumur hidup. Tapi, NAW Farizan seorang yang tak putus asa! 5 tahun dia berjumpa diri dia yang sebenar dan ingin buktikan yang dia boleh berjaya dengan Noor Arfa.
What has made NAW Farizan to be so engulfed in business? She told that people thought she will have no future because of her sickness, even the doctor informed she had no hope for recovery. But, NAW Farizan is a fighter! 5 years she was on self-discovery and wants to proof she could succeed with Noor Arfa.

Niat ingin membantu dan ingin melihat Batik Malaysia lebih disukai orang Malaysia berbanding batik lain hinggakan beliau berjaya bina Team sendiri. Cabaran lebih sukar tetapi seronoknya berganda. ENJOY THE PROCESS. Alhamdulillah menjadi Noor Arfa Partner, beliau berkongsi apa yang dikecapinya membolehkannya menampung perbelanjaan rumah dan keluarganya serta jiran-jiran yang menyokong impiannya. Beliau bersedekah, katanya walaupun tak banyak tapi mesti buat. Akhirnya semestinya kepuasan diri sendiri melalui peluh usahanya sendiri. Kata-kata akhirnya buat semua yang ingin memulakan bisnes, jangan takut dan yakin pada diri sendiri serta sentiasa bagi yang terbaik.
Intention of helping and wanting to see Batik Malaysia to be liked by Malaysian more than other batik to the point she managed to build her own Team. Her challenges are more difficult but the outcome are doubled. ENJOY THE PROCESS. Alhamdulillah being Noor Arfa Partner, she shared what she gained able her to manage the house maintanance and her family’s thus her neighbors who cheer her dreams. She donates, she said even though the amount is little but necessary. Lastly, of course her satisfaction after her sweats of hard works. Her advices to all that wants to start business, don’t be afraid and have faith toward ourselves thus always give the best.
