Semua orang nak berjaya dalam semua benda kita buat, kan? Tapi tak semua berjaya untuk berjaya dalam hidup mereka sebab ramai yang berhenti di separuh jalan. Sebenarnya, bukan mudah untuk mudah dan bukan susah untuk susah. Jadi, kita kene bijak berstrategi dalam bisnes untuk berjaya. Pengalaman admin sendiri, saya pernah berbisness secara kecil-kecilan tapinya, separuh jalan sebab saya tak tahu macam mana nak ‘handle’ bisnes saya buat tu. Kecewa bukan kepalang, tapi apakan daya. Jadi, saya mahu kongsikan kat korang supaya korang tak sama situasi dengan saya.
Everyone wants to be succcessful in everything we do, right? but not everyone is an achievers to be successful in their lives because many have stopped in the middle of the journey. Actually, it’s not easy to be easy and it’s not hard to be difficult. So, we need to have brilliant strategies in business to achieve triumph. My own experience, I once did a small business but I am also one of those many who gave up in the middle of my journey because I did not know how to handle my business at the time. Disappointed beyond dispair, but what can I do. So, I want to share to you guys so that you would not face the same fate as me.

1. TINDAKAN PANTAS | FAST ACTIONS
Ramai antara kita ada idea yg bijak, idea yg bernas tapi kita tak buat pun, tengok2 orang lain dah ambil idea kita tu dan buat, time tu baru rasa menyesal, ini normal terjadi. Nak berjaya, kita kena buat terus. Mana ada benda yang datang dengan sendiri. Banyak bisnes besar, bermula kecil-kecilan. Yang penting buat ok.
Many of us have smart ideas, but we do not do the ideas. So when people take and do our ideas, we tend to regret that we did not do it and this is what normally happened. If we want success, we need to do it fast. There’s nothing that comes by itself. There’s a lot of big business that started small. Doing is the most important.
2. BAGI TUMPUAN | FOCUS POINT
Banyak bisnes gagal bukan kerana tak ada idea, tetapi idea terlalu banyak kat kepala. Buat keputusan bisnes mana yang kita nak buat, ambil satu sahaja yg paling terbaik, kemudian tumpukan kepada idea bisnes tersebut.
There’s a lot of failure in business because we do not have any ideas, but the ideas are too many. Make a decision on what business we want to do, take only the best one then give the idea your full attention.
3. TERUS BELAJAR | LEARN CONSTANTLY
Belajarlah dengan sesiapa sahaja. Usah pilih bulu untuk belajar. Setiap orang atau guru ada kelebihan dan kepakaran mereka sendiri, pergi cari mereka dan belajar.
Jangan pernah rasa kita hebat. Apabila kita berasa sudah cukup pandai, ketika itulah kita sebenarnya menempah kegagalan.
Learn with whoever that is willing and do not be picky about it. Every person or teacher has his/her own advantages and their own expertise so go search for them and learn. Do not ever feel like we are enough. When we do, that is actually the time we are planning our downfall.
4. LUPAKAN SEKELILING | IGNORE THE NEGATIVITY
Jangan buang masa mengkritik dan mencari salah bisnes orang lain. Orang lain salah, belum tentu kita betul. Baik fikirkan cara untuk baiki bisnes kita sendiri. Sebaiknya doakan bisnes orang lain lebih berjaya.
Do not waste time condemning and putting blames on other’s business. If they are wrong, we could not determine we are not wrong. Think about how to fix our business instead. The best way is to say good things for their business to success.
5. PERCAYA DIRI | BELIVE IN YOURSELF
Kita usahawan, kena buat sendiri. Usahawan tak perlu ada minda peminta sedekah. Tak payah mengemis bantuan orang, yg sangat penting bila kita dah punya keyakinan untuk berjaya dalam diri.
We are entrepreneurs, we have to do things on our own. We cannot be beggars in our mindset. There is no need to beg for other’s help, the most important is when we have faith to success in ourselves.
6. SENTIASA POSITIF | ALWAYS POSITIVE
Elakkan mudah rasa kecewa dan putus semangat. Dalam bisnes, ada masa kita naik, ada masa turun. Itu lumrah bisnes. Mana ada bisnes untung sepanjang tahun. Jangan tergesa-gesa untuk berjaya, ikut flow dengan rasa enjoy.
Avoid feeling disappointed and give up easily. In business, we have ups and downs and that is the ways of business. There is not one business that is gaining profit throughout the year. Sucess cannot be rushed, follow the flow with joyness.
7. FOKUS UTK MENYELESAIKAN | FOCUS TO SOLVE
Setiap bisnes pasti akan ada masalah. Ada orang gunakan istilah cabaran. Apa pun, usah fokus kepada masalah. Cari jalan penyelesaian. Lihat masalah daripada sudut yang positif dan dari sudut yg berbeza. Kita akan keluar dari masalah dengan cepat.
Every business must have any problems. There are people who think of it as challenges but nonetheless, do not focus on the problem, but search for ways to solve it. Look at it in the positive view and different perspective. We will get out of it fast that way.
8. MENTOR
Belajar dari orang yang dah berjaya, orang yg boleh beri nasihat kepada kita. Orang yg boleh bantu kita dalam merangka bisnes kita. Orang yg selalu menginspirasikan kita. Atau sekarang ni orang gelar idola.
Learn from achievers, to people who give us advices. The ones that shaped our business are those that help us, those who inspired us or our idols.
9. CIRCLE
Sangat penting untuk punya rakan bisnes yg lebih berjaya dari kita, banyak yg boleh kita belajar bersama, cari 5 orang rakan rapat dalam bisnes, mereka inilah yg akan support kita disaat kita down, dan mereka inilah yg happy melihat kejayaan anda.
It is important to have colleagues that are more successful than us so that we could learn together. Go for 5 close acquintances in business because they are the ones who support us when we are down and are happy when they saw us succeed.
10. BUKTIKAN KITA BOLEH | PROVE THAT WE CAN
Jangan biarkan orang sekeliling kita melambatkan kita untuk berjaya, orang akan kutuk, orang akan kecam anda bila kita mula melangkah. Biarkanlah suara sumbang mereka memperlekeh apa yang kita lakukan. Yg penting jelas dan kita jalan terus. Kita buktikan diri kita juga mampu berjaya seperti orang lain.
Do not let people around us delay our success, those who condemn, throwing hate us when we take a step forward. Let them with their hatefulness on what we are doing. We move forward and prove that we could be successful like everyone else.
Anda semua dah berjaya pun sebab sanggup baca sampai habis, orang berjaya sentiasa belajar dan belajar.
