Salam Hi Noor Arfa Lovers, how are you? today we will be sharing about Noor Arfa Warrior that is Mrs Nor Hafizan that SUCCESSFULLY achieved accumulated sales of RM2,374.00 in just 2-3 weeks of becoming NAW! Awesome!!!

 

Puan N0r Hafizan yang berasal dari Terengganu dan bekerja sebagai Pengusaha Kiosk Barangan Gadjet & Aksesori telefon di Kerteh dan pernah berkerja dalam bidang akauntan tetapi juga menjadi NAW baru-baru ini. Menurut beliau, stigma yang akauntan tidak punyai ilmu meniaga dan apabila beliau melihat ramai orang sekelilingnya mempunyai pendapatan yang tinggi, beliau mula motivasi diri sendiri untuk jadi seperti mereka. Terdetik di hati ingin mempunyai perniagaan sendiri dan bermula kecil-kecilan.  Beliau berkata sejak kecil dia perlu usaha untuk dapatkan apa yang beliau mahu. “Perniagaan adalah satu ruang untuk kita ubah kehidupan,” kata-kata hikmah Puan Nur Hafiza. Jadi, beliau belajar dengan kawan-kawan dan juga daripada syarikat pemasaran tentang cara-cara berjaya dalam bisnes. Walaupun kita ada ilmu dalam bidang kita, kita masih perlu belajar benda yang kita tak tahu. Puan Hafizan mula kenal Noor Arfa kerana beliau selalu mengikuti perkembangan Noor Arfa dan berfikiran yang ada sesuatu yang perlu beliau belajar dalam bisnes. Beliau melihat ‘WhatsApp Status’ Puan Isma pasal dropship semasa Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dimana ada NAW yang boleh dapat pendapatan walaupun semasa itu sukar untuk berbisnes. Beliau ingin timba ilmu dan juga boleh dapatkan pendapatan daripada ilmu itu.

Mrs Nor Hafizan is from Terengganu and managing Gadjet Kiosk & Handphone Accessories at Kerteh and once worked in Accountancy course but also became NAW recently. According to her, stigma on accountant is that they have no skill in selling and when she saw that many around her have high income, she started to motivate herself to become like them. Her heart desires to own business and started small. She said since she was a child, she needs to work on what she wants. “Business is a possibility to change our life,” quoted Mrs Nor Hafizan. So,she learn with her friends and from marketing company to know the ways to be accomplished in business. Even though we have knowledge in our field, we still need to educate ourselves on matters we don’t know. Mrs Hafizan started to know Noor Arfa because she always follow Noor Arfa’s progress and thought that she has something to learn in business. She saw a WhatsApp status from Mrs Isma about dropship during Movement Restriction Order (MCO) where there are NAW that manage to gain income even during the difficult time to do business. She wanted to grasp knowledge thus she could benefit income from it.

Prinsip beliau ‘Setiap Hari Kena Ada Sale,‘ telah membantunya untuk sentiasa maju berbisnes. Pada awalnya menjadi NAW, beliau memulakan langkahnya berniaga dengan membeli produk batik kit dan testimoni sendiri iaitu anaknya sendiri yang mewarna batik kit itu kemudian post di laman sosialnya. Dari situlah jualan meningkat sehingga beliau berjaya mengumpul order 8 set batik kit dalam masa sehari sahaja! Selain itu, beliau juga kongsi yang meletakkan ciapan-ciapannya dengan #noorarfa sangat memainkan peranan kerana orang sudah tahu jenama Noor Arfa ni. Apa yang seronok menjadi NAW? Puan Hafizan bagitahu kelebihannya produk telah pun orang ramai tahu kerana jenama Noor Arfa itu sendiri, tidak seperti jenama yang lain yang perlukan pengenalan produk dahulu. Seterusnya pasukan yang sentiasa angkat kita bila kita jatuh dan ‘founder’ yang hebat sentiasa beri ilmu secara percuma sahaja. Ketiga, suasana berbisnes yang mendorong kepada keselesaan beliau dimana wujudnya kemesraan dan keikhlasan antara NAW satu sama lain.

Her principle of ‘Every day, (I) must have sale,‘ has helped her to do her best in business. At first of being NAW, she started her steps with buying Batik Kit product and use her own testimony which is her own child that drawn the batik kit and posted it on her social medias. From there, her sales went up until she achieved orders of 8 Batik Kit set in just a day! Plus, her posts on the products with the #noorarfa hashtag played major role because everyone already knows the brand. What’s so special being NAW? Mrs Hafizan told the advantages are that the products are already well-known because of its brand name Noor Arfa itself, unlike other brands who needed product introduction first. Next, her team always lift us up when we are down and the high-spirit founder that always share free knowledge. Third, the business environment that leads to comfort by the friendly and sincerity among NAW.
