#noorarfaDROPSHIP RM1, 054 PER ORDER! – NAW PUAN NORA

Puan Nora berasal daripada Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. Walaupun berada di KL, tiada masalah untuk beliau menjadi NAW. Beliau bercerita mula menjadi NAW apabila selepas Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) kerana nak cari pendapatan dikala Malaysia dilanda covid-19. Beliau berfikir yang mahukan pendapatan, beliau kene buat sesuatu jadi beliau mencuba menjadi NAW untuk mengubah hidupnya. Jom kita belajar tips Puan Nora yang mungkin boleh bantu korang berbisnes. Puan Nora berkongsi bahawa beliau:

Mrs Nora is from Pandan Jaya, Kuala Lumpur. Although she is from KL, there is no problem for her to become NAW. She told that at first being NAW after Restriction Movement Order (RMO) because she wanted to generate income when Malaysia was hit with COvid-19. In her opinion, if she wanted to gain income, she needed to do something so she tried to become NAW to change her life. Let’s learn the tips Mrs Nora that could maybe help us in business. She shared that:

 

1. FOKUS 1 PRODUK SAHAJA/ FOCUS ONLY 1 PRODUCT

Noor Arfa mempunyai pelbagai produk dari kain sarung, tudung bawal, kaftan dan banyak lagi. Jadi, kita hanya perlu fokus 1 produk yang kita minat dan nak jual. Puan Nora memilih untuk menjual Kaftan. Korang pula macam mana?

Noor Arfa has variety of products from Kain Sarung, Bawal hijab, kaftan and a lot more. So, we only need to focus 1 product that we are interested in and want to sell. Mrs Nora chose to focus on Kaftan. What about you?

 

2. KENA ADA ‘PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE‘/ MUST HAVE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Produk yang kita jual tu kita perlu tahu. Kita boleh share pengalaman pernah pakai ataupun maklumat tentang produk itu. Puan Nora beritahu yang jika kita tahu pasal produk yang kita jual, pelanggan tak perlu tunggu untuk kita nak cari maklumat dahulu, tanya team leader sebab kita tak tahu.

Products that we promote are the ones we should know. We could share our experience on wearing the products or the product information. Mrs Nora told that if we know the product details, our customers do not need to wait for us to search about the info first, asking our team leader because we don’t know.

 

3. CARA LAYAN PELANGGAN/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Puan Nora berkongsi yang dia fokus menjual Kaftan paling banyak RM79 dan juga sedia sasaran pelanggan yang kita nak, contohnya beliau sasarkan golongan M-40 ke atas sebagai pelanggannya. Jadi, beliau akan cari pelanggan sasarannya terdahulu.

Mrs Nora shared that she focuses on Kaftan the most RM79 and set targetted customers that we want, for instance she targetted M-40 and above crowd/ So, she will search for her targetted customers first.

 

Beliau juga bagitahu yang beliau fokus berbisnes di Instagram  kerana mengikut pemerhatiannya, pelanggannya ramai dari IG. Apa yang beliau buat adalah beliau komen dan cuba mengenali pelanggan sasarannya. Jika beliau sasarkan seorang Datin, maka beliau akan kenali Datin tersebut. Yang penting kena ada sasaran pelanggan. Selain itu, beliau kongsikan perlu ada masa untuk membina nama sendiri (Self-Branding) di media sosial sekurang-kurangnya selama 6 bulan secara berterusan.

She also mentioned that she focus her business on Instagram because according to her observation, her customers mostly are from IG> What she do are commenting and be friendly to her targetted customers. If she targetted a Datin, a high position person, then she will get to know the Datin. What important is to set target our customers. Hence, she shared we need time to self-branding on social medias at least 6 months consistantly.

 

SET THE FOUNDATION RIGHT

 

Beliau juga berpesan, “Jangan bandingkan orang lain dengan kekuatan kita sendiri,’ Percaya kepada diri dan sabar jika tiada rezeki tetapi mesti selalu bersikap berterusan dalam berbisnes melalui post-post kita mengenai produk kita tu. Semoga maju jaya!

She also reminded, “Don’t compare others with our own strength.’ Have faith in ourselves and be patient if there is no progress in business but always keep consistancy through our posts on the products. Goodluck!
