Pertama sekali, Cikwa pesan, untuk mula bisnes kita kena yakin. Yakin walaupun kita nak mulakan sesuatu walaupun tanpa pengalaman, sebab itulah permulaan yang baik untuk berbisnes. Lagi, kita kena tukarkan negatif ke positif. Apa yang kita risaukan, samada kecaman atau pun ketakutan, perlu tukarkan kepada berani.
Firstly, Cikwa reminded, we need to be confident to start business. Confidence in a way of aqlthough not having experience, we still want to work on something because that is a good start in business. Plus, we need to change our negativity to positivity. What we are worried about, whether it is criticism nor fears, needed to be changed to braveness.
2. Magic Number/Target
Kedua, kita perlu ada target dalam bisnes. Kita kene tahu apa yang kita nak capai. Korang boleh buat target korang contohnya sales. Target sales setahun sebulan atau sehari supaya kita sentiasa bersemangat untuk buat bisnes. Kita juga perlu selalu buat posting di media sosial supaya orang tahu tentang bisnes kita. Kalau kita post hanya sekali seminggu, dan media sosial sekarang sangatlah aktif dan setiap hari post-post yang baru, mestilah orang tidak perasan akan apa yang kita buat. Oleh itu, kita kena punyai target posting contohnya 10 post sehari.
Second, we need to have target. We need to know what we want to gain. We can set a target such as sales, where you target your sales in a year time, month or per day so that we are always in high spirit to do business. We also need to always post in our social medias aboput our bisuness so that people know. If we only postonce a week, plus nowadays the social medias are very active and always have new postings daily, undeniably people will not notice what we are trying to do. That is why we need to have a postings for instance, 10 posts a day.
3. STRATEGI PEMASARAN | MARKETING STRATEGY
Ketiga, macam Cikwa cakap sebelum ni, untuk buat orang nampak apa kita buat, kite perlu ada strategi pemasaran bisnes kita. Kita perlu buat orang tahu kita berbisnes dengan cara posting. Berbeza dengan kedai fizikal, kita buka kedai untuk menandakan kita mula beroperasi, tetapi di internet, kita perlu buat post untuk ‘membuka kedai’ kita di alam maya. Lagi-lagi, kite kena buat strategi dan posting tersebut setiap hari, baru lah orang tahu apa kita buat dan apa yang kita nak jual.
Third, like ‘Cikwa’ said before, to make people see what we are doing, we need to have marketing strategies in our mind. We need to ensure people know we are doing business with our posts in social medias. Compared to physical store, we could open indicates that we are starting to operate, but in internet, we need to do posts to ‘open our business’ in the virtual-world. Thus, we need to use strategies and postings everyday, that way people could see what we do and what we sell.
Sebenarnya, banyak lagi tips yang Cikwa kongsikan. Tapi, yang ini saya highlight mengikut kepaduan isinya. Moga bermanfaat bagi sesiapa yang ingin memulakan bisnes. Ingat, dimana ada kemahuan, disitu ada jalan. Nak atau tak nak sahaja.
