  1. TANGGAPAN TIDAK PANDAI BERBISNES | PERCEPTION OF NOT KNOWING HOW TO DO BUSINESS

Kita beralasan yang kita bukan asal daripada latar belakang berbisnes, jadi kita anggap kita tak boleh buat bisnes. Itu sangatlah salah kerana secara tidak sedar, semangat kita akan runtuh disebabkan perspektif negatif oleh kita sendiri. Perasaan takut yang kita rasa sebab tak pernah mulakan juga memberi impak yang besar, tapi kita mesti cuba juga walaupun tak pernah buat. ‘Min’ pesan, katakan, “Boleh” dan yakin kepada diri kita yang kita pandai bisnes. ‘Min’ kongsikan yang dia tak pandai main bola, tetapi dia main sahaja sebab dia minat. Cara untuk atasi ialah selalu buat post kerana orang baru tak kenal kita dan bisnes kita, jadi kita perlu perkenalkan bisnes kita dengan post kita. Iklankan bisnes kita sekurangnya 3 kali sehari seperti Sir Hafiz pesan.

We blamed the reason that we do not come from business background. so we thought we cannot involve in business. That is very wrong because without our knowledge, our spirit has crushed down because of our own negative perspective. The fear that we feel cause we never start business also is a huge impact, but we need to try although we never before. ‘Min’ said, say “I can” and be confident with ourselves that we could. ‘Min’ also shared that he was not good in football, but he still played blindly because he liked it. The way to overcome is always post in social media because people do not know us and our business, so we need to make our business known with our posts. Promote it at least 3 times a day just like Sir Hafiz taught.

 

2. MINDSET PELANGGAN TERUS BELI | MINDSET OF IMMEDIATE BUYING CUSTOMERS

Kita salah untuk menganggap pelanggan yang hubungi kita akan terus beli produk kita. Sebenarnya, mereka hanya berkenan sahaja dulu, belum ingin membeli. ‘Min’ kata kita perlu mesej minimum enam kali untuk mengenali pelangan atau prospek kita.  Apabila kita terus promosikan produk kita dan anggap yang pelanggan terus beli ini boleh membuatkan kita hilang semangat bila prospek tidak beli. Oleh itu, kita kene bina kepercayaan terlebih dahulu. Kongsikan latar belakang bisnes dan informasi bisnes kita, barulah korang boleh mempromosikan produk korang.

We are wrong to think that our customers that contact us will buy our product immediately. Actually, they only survey first, having no intention to buy at all. ‘Min’ told us that we need to message them minimum 6 times to know our prospect.  When we straight away promote our product and set our mind that the customers will buy without hustles could make us down when they do not buy. Hence, we need to build trust first. Share our business’s background and details first, only then we could promote our products.

 

3. TIDAK KENAL PROSPEK | DO NOT ENGAGE WITH PROSPECT

Sebenarnya, kita perlu kenal pelanggan kita dahulu sebelum terus beritahu pasal produk kita, contohnya banyak bertanya tentang diri mereka supaya kita dapat syorkan produk terbaik untuk mereka. Kita perlu lebih mendengar dan bermain dengan emosi prospek dan jangan terus promosikan produk kita. Sapalah mereka dengan perkenalan diri dan banyakkan bertanya. Jika buat, prospek akan rasa dihargai dan hubungan penjual-pelanggan akan lebih baik seterusnya meningkatkan peratusan prospek menjadi pelanggan.

Actually, we need to know who are our customers before we tell about our products, for instance asking a lot of questions of them so that we could recommende the best product for them. we need to listen more and play with their emotion and do not jump into our product straight. Greet them with our introduction and ask questions a lot. If we did that, prospects will feel appreciated and the engagement will be better and then increasing the probability of prospects turning into customers.

 

Itulah dia 3 kesilapan yang kita lakukan tanpa sedar. Ya, kita mungkin buat perkara di atas dan kita tak sedar pun! Sekarang tinggal baiki kesipalan sahaja. Moga bermanfaat dan terus maju dengan apa yang admin kongsikan.
